These terms apply to the apps and tools run by Ramose & Co, including the YouTube Automation Pipeline and our content and publishing tools, and to these pages. Jaylee has its own terms.
Our apps are internal tools for managing accounts that we own or that their owner has authorised us to manage. They are not a public service and there is no sign-up. Access is given only by connecting an account through the platform's own authorisation screen.
Content we publish is our own work, made with the help of AI tools, and is labelled as AI-generated where a platform asks for it. If you believe content of ours infringes your rights, email us and we will look at it promptly.
We aim to keep the apps working and correct, but they are provided as they are and may be unavailable or change.
We are not liable for damage resulting from the use of these apps or pages, except in case of intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow this limitation.
Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in Belgium. This does not affect any rights you have as a consumer.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
