Data deletion

You can have data that our apps hold about you or your account removed at any time.

1. Remove the app's access

• Google / YouTube: go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, select the app and choose to remove access.
• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → select the app → Remove.
• Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Active → select the app → Remove.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions → select the app → Remove access.

Once access is removed, the app can no longer use the account, and its stored token stops working.

2. Ask us to delete stored data

Email hallo@ramoseandco.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the account concerned. We delete the stored tokens, content data and statistics for that account within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.

Content that is already published on a platform stays there until it is removed on that platform.
