Privacy policy

Last updated 11 October 2026

This policy covers the apps and tools run by Ramose & Co, including the YouTube Automation Pipeline and our content and publishing tools. Jaylee has its own privacy policy.

In short: our apps work with accounts we own or that their owner authorised. We use the data only to do what the app is for, we do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and you can remove our access at any time.

What data our apps use

Our apps do not collect data about the viewers or followers of an account beyond aggregated statistics provided by the platform, and they do not read private messages unless that is the stated purpose of an app the account owner has connected.

How we use it

We do not sell personal data, do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Google and YouTube data

The YouTube Automation Pipeline uses YouTube API Services. By using it you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

The app requests access to manage the connected YouTube channel. It uses that access only to publish videos and to update their metadata (title, description, tags and thumbnail) on that channel. It does not access any other Google data.

Ramose & Co's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke the app's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Meta, TikTok and other platforms

Data received from Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok and similar platforms is used in the same limited way: only for the connected account, only for publishing and reporting, and in line with that platform's own developer terms. You can remove our access in the platform's settings for connected apps.

Service providers

To run the apps we use a small number of providers that process data on our behalf: our server host, the platforms' own APIs, and tools that schedule and upload content (such as Blotato). Generated media is produced with AI services (such as OpenAI). We share with them only what a task needs.

How long we keep it

Access tokens are kept until access is revoked or the account is disconnected, and are then deleted. Content data and statistics are kept as long as the connected account is managed by us, and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your question.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to its use, and ask for a copy. Email hallo@ramoseandco.com. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

See data deletion instructions for how to have data removed.
